Some thesis issues will focus research and solve First: The thesis defines the basic contents to approach the situation and assess the state management of investment in housing development in urban areas in Vietnam; Second: Situational analysis, factors affecting the state management of investment in housing development in urban areas in time; Third: Analyze, draw lessons learned from foreign experiences on state management of housing development projects in urban areas for reference to Vietnam; Fourth: Propose a system of some state management solutions are scientific and feasible, propose amendments and supplements to a number of laws, some standards and related standards. 3. Research scope a. Range of study on time The thesis on the state management of urban housing development projects in Vietnam from 2003 to 2016. b.
