INTRODUCTION 1. In particular, the hostile forces continue strengthening activities to "non-politicized" army and "disable" the armed forces. The sabotage that was, is strongly affected the morale and feelings of officers and soldiers in the army, especially objects young officers, noncommissioned officers and soldiers. This is a large force and payroll mostly at the company level. Therefore, to prevent, to frustrate the conspiracy against hostile forces and successfully implement the tasks of building a strong army in politics, improve general quality and combativeness, a the basics, the most urgent now is to improve the quality of political education at the unit, especially at company level - where direct management, education, training non-commissioned officers, soldiers. Political instructors at company level are political cadres, basically all military age-old and very young, no experience in practical activities.
