Reasons for choosing the thesis topic To successfully implement the tasks of protecting the socialist fatherland in all circumstances requires regular construction, consolidation of the national defense and strengthen people's security, in which, education, fostering the working capacity of national defense - security for strata of society in general and for key officer staff at all levels in the political system in particular is an important content.
